The NTSCP developed a Memorandum of Understanding (Information Sharing Protocol guidance) with our key partner agencies. This enables them to understanding of what information can be shared within the relevant legal frameworks and we ask that all our Board Partners ensure they have information sharing protocols in place, which include how to obtain and consent to share.
