We all work under increasing pressure and this can make it challenging to release staff to attend formal training events. The need to keep learning and developing in order to maintain a skilled workforce means remains a priority which is why we have developed a series of short, safeguarding snapshots can be a helpful way to support learning. Topics for our Learning from Practice briefing notes are evidenced-based and informed by areas such as Rapid Reviews and LSCPRs.
